Current Tai Chi Class Schedule
Morning Classes
- Monday & Wednesday 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Beginner Yang Style Tai Chi (Great for seniors and those who prefer morning practice)
- Tuesday & Thursday 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM Gentle Tai Chi for Balance & Flexibility
Evening Classes
- Monday & Wednesday 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Beginner to Intermediate Yang Style Tai Chi
- Tuesday & Thursday 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM Tai Chi for Stress Relief & Mental Clarity
Private & Semi-Private Sessions Available by appointment on Fridays and Saturdays. Perfect for personalized attention and faster progress.

Class Details
All classes are taught by Yifan Zhao, an experienced and patient Yang Style Tai Chi instructor. Each session includes:
- Warm up and gentle stretching
- Step by-step learning of Tai Chi forms
- Breathing exercises and mindfulness practice
- Cool down and relaxation
No previous experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. All equipment is provided if required.
